Dan Phillips founded Phillips & Associates in 1994 to provide healthcare recruitment services for healthcare providers and managed care organizations. While our roots are in greater Boston—an historical center of medical innovation and excellence—we now assist organizations along the East Coast and throughout the Midwest with their healthcare executive searches and life sciences executive searches. The talent network on which we draw, however, is national, carefully cultivated over a decade of successful service to our clients.

Ralph DiPisa joined the firm in 1999, bringing with him a wealth of CEO and senior management experience running hospitals. When the firm named Ralph as a partner in 2002, we changed our name to Phillips, DiPisa & Associates.
