Phillips DiPisa Completes CFO Search
for Southern Maine Medical Center

HINGHAM, MA, January 11, 2007 - Phillips DiPisa, an executive search firm serving healthcare providers, managed care organizations and life sciences firms, today announced that it has placed Norman Belair as Chief Financial Officer. His appointment is effective on January 29.

Southern Maine Medical Center is a 150-bed, not-for-profit, full-service medical center with diagnostic & therapy centers in Saco and Kennebunk, Maine. SMMC is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and is affiliated with the MaineHealth network.

Mr. Belair has more than 25 years of experience in finance, with 11 years as a CFO. Most recently, Mr. Belair served as Vice President of Finance at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. In his new role, Norm is responsible for all financial initiatives, including the revenue cycle, financial planning, cost accounting, budgets, and physician contracting.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in accounting from the University of South Florida. Mr. Belair has been a certified public accountant in Maine since 1983 and is a fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
