Arthur Berarducci Joins Phillips DiPisa’s Team

HINGHAM, MA, August 1, 2006 – Phillips DiPisa, an executive search firm serving healthcare providers, managed care organizations and life sciences firms, today announced that Art Berarducci has joined the firm. Mr. Berarducci joins Phillips DiPisa from Diversified Search in Boston, where he was Managing Director for the healthcare practice. He has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare search, administration and consulting. At Phillips DiPisa, he will focus on searches for senior-level leadership for hospitals, academic medical centers, integrated delivery systems and managed care organizations.
Previously, Mr. Berarducci also held senior leadership positions with Heidrick & Struggles, Towers Perrin, the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Harvard Community Health Plan.
Mr. Berarducci was a founding editorial board member of two national healthcare professional journals. He has also been a committee member for the American Hospital Association, the American Association of Eye and Ear Hospitals and the National Institutes of Health.
