Our client, a community-based health center, seeks an accomplished and talented senior-level healthcare executive to lead the organization as its Chief Executive Officer.  This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a seasoned, results-oriented professional to apply his or her exceptional business acumen, substantial management expertise, and fundraising experience at this federally qualified community health center, serving over 13,000 patients per year.    

Accountable to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide leadership, strategic guidance, and direction regarding agency-wide program development and delivery, community relations, financial management, and compliance. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be strategically oriented, with strong relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated track record of operational and financial performance within a community health center setting.  S/he will also have the skills necessary to develop a culture of high integrity and foster a sense of pride and open communication among staff. 

A master’s degree in business administration, public health, or related field is required, along with 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare management at the senior level.
