Corporate Vice President, Ambulatory / Ancillary Services

We represent an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic healthcare leader to assume the position of Corporate Vice President, Ambulatory/Ancillary Services (VP).  This key leadership role reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer.

The VP will join a highly motivated, collaborative, and talented senior leadership team.  He/she will be responsible and accountable for the successful day-to-day operations and growth of the following areas:  diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, cardiopulmonary services, rehabilitation services, and occupational/employee health services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and entrepreneurial healthcare leader with a strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and service excellence.  He/she will bring a demonstrated record of success as a leader and change agent, and will possess strong financial, analytical, and business planning skills.

In addition to a master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, we require 5 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a healthcare provider environment. 

The Organization

The system includes a 150-bed Hospital, a regional cancer center, several outpatient physical therapy centers, a home health and hospice agency, and several physician practices.  In total, the System has more than 1,600 employees and more than 200 physicians in 40 specialties.
